LGsuper's socially responsible investment options are designed for members who want to make a conscious choice to invest in industries that are not environmentally or socially damaging.
The two socially responsible options are the only investment options to take into account labour standards or environmental, social or ethical considerations when making investment decisions. LGsuper does not require investment managers to take these factors into account for any other investment option.

- SR Balanced - similar to the ready-made options as it is already diversified, invested across a number of asset classes.
- SR Australian shares - similar to the single asset class options as it is only invested in Australian shares. Designed for those who want to invest a proportion of their super in socially-responsible Australian companies.
